Costs for shipments to addresses in New Zealand (domestic) are $4.90 per order or monthly shipment.
A flat-rate shipping charge of $29.95 applies to all addresses outside New Zealand, per order or monthly shipment.
We pack and ship orders and subscription renewals on Mondays and Thursdays of each work (excluding public holidays). Once your item is on it’s way to you, you’ll receive an email containing a courier tracking number so you can see where your order is as it makes it’s way to you. Please allow 1 – 3 working days from the date of shipment for arrival of your Kiwi Book Box. International time frames are 5 to 10 working days, depending on the destination.
You’ll receive a notification via email once each subscription has been dispatched to you, along with a tracking number for domestic NZ shipments. We do not provide tracking numbers for international shipments.
If you choose to pay monthly your card will automatically be billed on sign up and then on the same date on each subsequent month for the duration of your chosen subscription. Your subscription will stop automatically at the end of the chosen time period (3, 6 or 12 months) – you can also cancel at any time throughout the duration.
In cases of limited supply, we reserve the right to substitute the advertised content of any given Kiwi Book Club subscription shipment with different titles of equal standard and value.
When you opt to pay for your Kiwi Book Subscription on a monthly basis, you are able to cancel your subscription at any point to prevent any further charges to your nominated debit / credit card. Do do this, log into your account by visiting https://kiwibookclub.co.nz/my-account/ and going to Subscriptions in the left-hand column.
We are unable to offer cancellations on subscriptions paid with the “Up-front” option.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Kiwi Book Club shipment, you can return it to us in exchange for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us for shipping details.
