Each book subscription is packed and shipped during the first week of each month. Your card will automatically be billed on the 1st of the month following your order, and each subsequent month for the duration of your chosen subscription. Your subscription will stop automatically at the end of the chosen time period (3, 6 or 12 months) – you can also cancel at any time throughout the duration.
When will I receive my first Kiwi Book Club shipment?
Please allow 2-3 working days for processing and packing and 2-3 working days for domestic New Zealand orders. International time frames are 5 to 10 working days, depending on the destination.
You’ll receive a notification via email once each subscription has been dispatched to you, along with a tracking number for domestic NZ shipments. We do not provide tracking numbers for international shipments.
If you choose to pay monthly your card will automatically be billed on sign up and then on the same date on each subsequent month for the duration of your chosen subscription. Your subscription will stop automatically at the end of the chosen time period (3, 6 or 12 months) – you can also cancel at any time throughout the duration.
If you choose to pay up front, you will be charged a one off fee covering your entire subscription at sign-up.
In cases of limited supply, we reserve the right to substitute the advertised content of any given Kiwi Book Club subscription shipment with different titles of equal standard and value.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Kiwi Book Club shipment, you can return it to us in exchange for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us for shipping details.
In the unlikely event of you receiving a book that you already have, please take a picture of the two books together and send it to us. Please then gift the extra book to someone who would appreciate it (Pre-Schools or charity organisations always appreciate great children’s books). We will send you an additional book in your next month’s pack!
